Base Backpackers (http://www.stayatbase.com) have been fantastic in providing us with accomodation and showers in all the main centers.  Being their busiest season they could have easily turned us away with no regrets but chose not too!  So please support them next time you are backpacking (they also operate in Aus!) just like they supported us (P.S. You wont be disapointed with the accomodation they provide either!)

Interislander Ferries (www.interislander.co.nz) again, during the busiest time of the year they still offered us a helping hand while others turned us down.  Without them we would of been stuck in South Island forever, and even though thats not a bad thing, for those that want to see us back North keep Interislander in mind when visiting South next time!  Thanks guys!
